Book your first Deep Clean

Sign up for a recurring cleaning plan: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Your first visit is a full Deep Clean is 30-40% off.

Complete 3 recurring cleans

After your initial Deep Clean, complete at least 3 standard recurring cleans to keep the discounted rate. Your Deep Clean does not count as one of the three.

How payment actually works

Pay per visit, with a card hold to confirm funds

We don't take any payment when you book. To make sure each visit can be paid, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card 48 hours before each scheduled clean. It is not a charge.

  • The hold is placed 48 hours in advance of each visit to confirm funds are available, similar to a hotel or rental car hold.
  • You are only charged after each clean is completed.
  • Holds that aren't captured are released by your bank, typically within a few business days.

If a job goes more than 30 minutes over the original time estimate, our standard overtime rate of $60/hour applies, billed in 30-minute increments. We always contact you to approve any additional time before we proceed. You stay in control of the cost.

This applies to Deep Cleans and Move In/Out jobs only. Recurring maintenance cleans are not subject to overtime. The buffer and overtime rate above apply only to first-time Deep Cleans and Move In/Out services.
